Items labeled as 'PREORDER' on the 'ADD TO CART' button are not included in any shipping rules. The availability of a product can be found above the product title, labeled as 'Availability'.

Pre-ordering allows customers to reserve an item before it is available for purchase in our store. To pre-order, customers must complete the checkout process and pay for the item in full.

Pre-order items are expected to arrive within the estimated timeframe provided by a member of sales. However, we cannot guarantee an exact arrival date due to factors beyond our control such as production delays or shipping issues.

Once an item is available and ships, customers will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Pre-orders are non-transferable and will be shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase.

In case of any delay or unavailability of the pre-ordered item, customers will be notified and given the option for a refund or cancellation.
