Absolutely second to none customer service and what incredibly beautiful products. We purchased a beautiful work-of-art style bulb, having a few of these larger globe bulbs at home from mainly a great hardware shop in Hampstead. It's been hard to find anything similar outside of London to be honest...Online tends to net much of the same and that includes rummaging on Etsy.
The bulb we ordered is stunning - and takes the floor lamp - already a lovely bamboo wood entity - onto a whole new level...So much so, we're trying to find other spots in the house to get more of the same bulb design.
Really easy these days to get the globe bulbs from a lot of lighting stores - but it's much harder to find something as unique and beautiful as the items this retailer has. Never thought I'd see the day that I'd be writing this many words about a light bulb !!! Amazing customer service too - fast and very proactive and super helpful.

I was looking a for a brighter clear bulb and this fits the bill ordered 10 as replacements for several 3W around the house which were not bright enough. They run hotter than those they replaced and dimmer doesn't dim it fully but of course that might be the dimmer not the bulb. Lets see as regards longevity, they have been running a week so far!
