SECTION 6 – ORDERS, VERIFICATION & ANTI-FRAUD

6.1 Right to Decline/Cancel. We may refuse, verify, limit or cancel any order at our discretion, including where orders appear unusual, high-risk, bulk or for resale.

6.2 Verification. For security we may require additional information before releasing stock, including: company name, VAT number, purchase order, cardholder/billing address confirmation, and a contact number listed on your company website. If you do not provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe we specify, we may cancel and refund your order.

6.3 Payment Method Controls. For certain orders we may require payment by bank transfer (pro-forma) and will dispatch only after cleared funds.

6.4 Address Rules. For high-value orders we do not ship to PO Boxes, parcel lockers, third-party collection points or freight-forwarders. Delivery must be to a verified residential or business address associated with the purchaser/cardholder. Orders to known forwarding hubs may be cancelled and refunded.

6.5 Quantity Limits. We may cap quantities per SKU or per order, particularly for first-time customers.

6.6 Fraud & Chargebacks. Where fraud is suspected, we may share relevant data with payment providers, law enforcement and fraud-prevention partners in line with our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 7 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may limit or cancel quantities per person, per household or per order (including orders placed under the same account, card, email, billing and/or shipping address). If we make a change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email and/or billing address/phone number provided. We also reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, and to promptly update such details so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 8 – DELIVERY, RISK & TITLE

8.1 Dispatch. Dispatch times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

8.2 Risk. Risk of loss or damage passes on delivery to the address you provided (or upon collection by you/your agent).

8.3 Title. Title to goods passes only once we receive full, cleared payment.

8.4 Delivery Controls. High-value shipments may require photo ID, adult signature and cannot be left in a “safe place” or redirected after dispatch.

8.5 Failed Delivery. If a delivery is refused or uncollected, we may charge redelivery, storage and return costs.

We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” and “as available” without warranties. Your use is at your own risk and discretion.
