Natural had the right colour shade to compliment my space. Prisma were fantastic and had the 5 I needed in stock. I decided to collect as they're delicate and costly if damaged. staff were super helpful. Would shop with these guys again.
These guys work hard and have a very personable approach to business. Amazing quality bulbs not thin glass like many others sell, so many compliments about the products and pictures don't do them justice! Christian was amazing and even ran around trying to find an alternative to an out of stock item. Called me bck soon after even to find a suitable item. I use Amazon and other online retailers on the daily, but quality was second to none in everyway. Wouldn't use anyone else for such products. You get what you pay that's for sure.
Arrived quickly, initially they didn’t work with our lightwave dimmers so we had to order a dummy load device from Amazon, but now are working fine. Look nice but do have a slight buzzing when dimmed.
