Slight manufacturing defect

I’ve used these before without a problem, but this time the hole for the set screw wasn’t quite drilled through properly. There was a bit of excess plastic around the inside, which meant the screw wouldn’t go in…ended up with a blister on my finger from trying to tighten the screw! I had to ream it out with a tiny screwdriver. They’re nicely minimalist and do the job fine, but more fiddly to deal with than you might think.
